Another very good Sherry from Bodegas Tradición, that got better on days 2 and 3 – greater complexity and power. Curious mid-amber, with a broad, caramel rim. Medium+ intensity, hazelnut and walnut marzipan nose, followed by caramel, oak spice, and background vanilla and rancio complexity. Underlying orange citrus fruit nose – slightly cooked. Dry, medium intensity palate dominated by cooked citrus, but with toasty, nutty complexity. Toasty oak shines through the long finish.
