Another highlight of the Odd Whites tasting. Really showed the crisply aromatic, yet light and delicate style of Treixadura, compared with the often oilier, rounder Albariño. No obvious lees character here, just a slight spritz to its citric mineral style. Pale-medium gold. Crisp, almost sea-breeze nose. Scented citrus-thyme touch. Delicate. Light body. Slightly herbal, delicate lemon and yellow apple. Crisp, clean acidity. Saline touch at the fair length finish.
