This was an oddity picked-up at the Cave de Rasteau after riding Ventoux. Drunk perhaps a bit old – so with somewhat more faded fruit. But nevertheless interesting. A Grenache Rasteau VDN vinified rosé! Pale-mid amber with some salmon glints. Creamy, slightly strawberry and apricot fruit. Moderately – but not intensely sweet. Quite crisp acidity holds it in balance. A little simple and short, but entertaining.
