I was perhaps expecting a little more from this wine, though still a good, pretty complex example of an old PX. Deep brown with a medium caramel rim. Nose of fig, coffee, liquorice, raisin, cinnamon, vanilla hints, burnt sugar caramel, and touches of leather. Full-bodied, very sweet, medium acidity, with raisin, chocolate, walnut, some sawdust, and coffee hints. Medium+ to long. Quite complex.
