Found this whilst on a trip to Dublin, and had to get it from The Corkscrew. It turns out that the owner’s name is Teddy Hall, rather than there being any alumni connection with my alma mater. Overall, a well made, appley Chenin, with some honey notes and maybe some minerality on the palate, but never going to set the world on fire. Drunk at cousins’ shindig 2008, because I forgot to take it home to drink with Dad… oh well!
