Mid-deep amber-tawny, with olive at the rim. Smoky, oxidative nut – walnut. Rancio / butter. Orange peel. Spice. Raisin & chocolate touches. On the palate, sweet, with spice, cooked citrus, mixed nuts and more rancio, caramel, and a long, chocolate finish. Textbook sweetened Oloroso, and a pleasure to have in an exam!
