So, when we’d finished up at the food & wine night, and we retired to Christian’s for cigars and a “nightcap”, and a choice of Champagnes were offered, I had to give this a lash! Unfortunately I don’t have a definitive description as I was quite inebriated. Nevertheless, impression is pretty good overall. Fairly deep mid-gold. Quite full-bodied with a touch (just a hint) of sweetness – fruit or dosage? Err… that’s it.
