Felt like some more exploration so picked this out of the staff shop in Dublin. Disappointing, however. Pale strawberry / red cherry colour, with a narrow red-cherry rim. A bit vegetal initially on the nose, developing into simple strawberry with coconut, toast and a hint of mint maybe? A touch of tannic grip and quite crisp acidity around an initial strawberry flavour and a bit of persistence, but missing something in the mid-palate: watery and hollow, without integration of flavour / texture. Not to my taste!
