Great decanting practice (much fine sediment), and a good lesson in how wines age (to medium tawny-brown, with yellowing rim), but that was about it… Oxidised – vinegar, in fact. Bought from eBay auction, proving that good provenance is (genuinely) valuable, when it comes to fine wine! Oh, and (with the ’65 NV Champagne opposite), out of time-order – both after the Graham’s 70. Oh, and this was corked as well. Great. Great.
