Comedy Japanese sake, drunk in an izakaya there – the owners gave me the label. Nigorizake translates as “dirty” sake, but “unfiltered” is better. As white as milk, the lack of filtration leaves “ricey” sweet edge and depth to the base sake flavours. Highly entertaining and drinkable!
