Just before writing this up I remembered that there was already an entry for an earlier vintage, made by Rob. This wine is therefore remarkably consistent, because it’s very similar. Gooseberries with a twist of lemon and particularly lime at the finish. Gooseberry aromas, but with leafy-green hints. Fresh acidity with some dryness. Ready to drink and still one of the best value Sauvignon Blancs I know.
