Pale straw colour with green glints suggests lower oak ageing if any and lower % Chardonnay. Light crisp bubbles and a good balance of fruit and light acidity to make a refreshing and easily drinkable Champagne. Toasty fruity aromas with buttery-edge, suggesting reasonably high % of Pinot. Guide Hachette gives this 2 stars and it’s understandable. Very pleasant and good value for money.
