Decided I was missing a lot of complex whites in my collection & experiences, so found this in the shop across the road. An unusual blend of the two Alsatian classics, but was in a more cold-climate, German style if anything. Only 10.5% ABV and I think some residual sugar, so demi-sec and a pale straw colour. As for aroma, the label talked about honeysuckle and white flowers which may be true, but they failed to notice the subtle ‘after aroma’ – exactly like freshly-baked apple crumble! Overall not bad.
