Initially another creamy vanilla opening on the nose, but this rapidly opened-up into white flower notes – acacia honey. Then a combination of lime and a little hint of oak toast. Pale lemon-green colour with a wide watery rim. Crisp, but not rasping acidity. Relatively simple citrus palate, with a medium-long, slightly bitter finish. Not bad, but not going to set the World on fire.
