A slightly unusual Aussie Shiraz that blends ripe, baked fruit with herbal notes and high quality oak. Mid-deep ruby-garnet. Breadth of cinnamon and vanilla oak over baked black fruit. Warm, but with some aromatic restraint, and herbal garrigue. On the palate, the ripeness dominates more, with baked red and black fruit, a peppery mid-palate and an alcoholic burn from the 14.5% ABV through the cake-spice finish.
