Sadly this label was just going to fall apart not matter what… A good Sauternes, with a mid-gold colour, starting to deepen towards amber. Some botrytis complexity, albeit not hugely so. Balanced acidity & sweetness, and not too sweet. Nice – though not stunning. I’d love to write more about this, but I honestly can’t remember!
