Got this as a gift from the Marketing Society on the day of the Christmas dinner, so took it along as the 3rd white (alongside the 2006 Schloss Gobelsburg Renner, which was again great). A good Chablis, despite not having heard of the producer. Mid-gold colour, and a ‘halfway-house’ style between a classically lean, crisp Chablis and a more modern, fuller style. Maybe partial malo-lactic? Nice, though not great.
