Given to me as a ‘freebie’ (having bought two cases of their Réserve Sixtine at €40 / bottle…) from Mme Diffonty at the Domaine, on my trip with Dad to ride up Mont Ventoux. Opened this with a chilli-laced Mauritian fish dish with Jack etc. Really very well made indeed – spicy, juicy fruit and decent weight (as far as I can recall!).
