A good show for how widespread quality reached in a quality year like 2009. A nice, ripe – yet refreshing, minerally – Chardonnay. Medium lemon yellow colour. Quite intense ripe nose of lemon and some peach hints, with chalky, creamy touches. Ripe lemon flavour, with more chalky minerality. Medium+ acidity and body. Medium+ length. Not massively complex, but satisfying as well as easy drinking.
