Given that I have 2 bottles of the 2003 in the Optimor 3^rd case, I was very interested to have this served in our class on Southern France. Whilst it will take 5-8 years to peak, this is actually drinking well with meaty food now, due to good fruit concentration, and ripeness of the high tannins.
