Another wine from this vineyard, and another quality one too. Almost a textbook Grüner Veltliner perhaps – even if not the finest? Grapefruit and lemon citrus aromatics, but with just a hint of white pepper. Fairly ripe, but not tropical ‘overripe’. On the palate, nice, fresh lemony acidity but with a distinct mineral undertow. Pretty long. Pretty good.
