From the 3^rd Optimor case, this is from apparently the oldest Demeter-certified biodynamic estate in Europe. Either way, it was a great way to open dinner with Rob & Kari, and Jack & Sarah, to accompany a salad containing asparagus. Lighter-bodied than Schloss Gobelsburg, with less emphasis on the tropical fruit, but instead more citrus elegance and crispness with most notably a clear lick of varietal white pepper character. Paler, green-tinged colour too. I’ll look forward to my other bottle.
